Hi Romain, 
I've applied the patch, though I did strip some the code off just for the sake 
of simplicity, we will get most of the original code back once we start 
building more sophisticated client-side caching. 
The code managing the entity to be cached does need some work - I'll look into 
it tomorrow. The data parsing code is minimized to the format supported 
(indirectly) by JAX-RS - again we can enhance that when needed :-).

I'll update you with more changes I did later on and then we can discuss what 
else can be done there
