[gprc|https://github.com/grpc/grpc-java] is using Netty for their HTTP/2
transport and so Google is [investing in
making|https://github.com/netty/netty/pulse] Netty's HTTP/2 implementation
mature and efficient. Since CXF already has a HTTP transport based on Netty, I
thought it would be a good fit for the HTTP/2 as well.
