Having an optional Netty support is fine, but we also would need to take care
of CXF users who use Jetty (directly or indirectly, example in Karaf). IMHO
Jetty (or/and Atmosphere) would have to be supported.
That said, given that Willem did "cxf-rt-transports-http-netty-server", and
thus CXF optionally supports a Netty transport, may be you'd like to start
working on cxf-rt-transports-http2-netty-server ?
