Hi Sergey,
Discovered another circuit breakers implementation
(https://github.com/Comcast/jrugged). The latest stable release 3.2.2 does not
expose most of circuit breaker features directly however there are a lot of
changes in upcoming 4.0.0 release (still in SNAPSHOT). I was able to mostly
seamlessly replace Hystrix's CircuitBreaker implementation with JRugger
CircuitBreaker one using JRugged 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT build (release date is
unknown). Although it looks very promising, I am continue looking for a stable
circuit breakers implementation.
