Hi Sergey,
It seems like I have found a perfect much in a form of Apache Zest
(http://zest.apache.org/). This project provides a lot of building blocks,
including CircuitBreaker implementation. I am working on full-fledged
integration and configuration, looks very straightforward and all our failover
tests are passing already.
