Hello,
In version 3.1.12 a new dependency on ch.qos.logback was introduced in
[CXF-7329|https://github.com/apache/cxf/commit/931ee8103f7762e8e96a3ae7fb329defb18d68aa].
This conflicts with [Spring Boot
Logging|https://docs.spring.io/spring-boot/docs/current/reference/html/howto-logging.html]
abstraction over slf4j. Now it is impossible to use log4j2. Such specific
implementation dependency should be removed.
