+1 to adding cxf-rt-rs-service-description-openapi and OpenApiFeature.
My only reservation here that it will probably be a complete re-write of
Swagger2Feature.
FYI, I started experimenting last week with transforming JSON produced by
Swagger2Feature into OpenApi JSON. I might add a filter option to the existing
Swagger2Feature...
