Hi,
`cxf-rt-rs-service-description-openapi-v3` looks fine,
but IMHO it should be able to cover 3.x spec variations, which would be
non-breaking fixes anyway, to avoid having
cxf-rt-rs-service-description-openapi-v3,
cxf-rt-rs-service-description-openapi-v3.1 etc
or keep "cxf-rt-rs-service-description-openapi" and then in a few years do
cxf-rt-rs-service-description-openapi-v4
both cxf-rt-rs-service-description-openapi-v3 and
cxf-rt-rs-service-description-openapi work for me
