As I already said (and just said on IRC), It doesn't completely matter whether
something makes sense. You have to have the *right* to modify it to consider the
icons free.

As you just also said on IRC, the first part says there's no copyright, but that
contrdicts with the second one. If Cisco has no copyright why do they forbid
alteration? This must be clarified. If Cisco just means this as "yes, we don't
have a copyright but please don't change it but if you need you are allowed to"
or something similar so that they don't forbid it (so the first part is
completely true), I have no objection to add them.
