{{org.apache.drill.common.exceptions.TestUserException.testBuildSystemException}}
tests the obsolete {{systemError}} method. The resulting error is written to
stdout. This fools many newbies into thinking something failed in the tests.
Disable logging for this test so that the exception is logged silently.
