 Review comment:
This code builds the project list in the order defined by the Pcap Schema.
While this is fine for Drill, it would be more conventional to build the
project list in the order defined by the projected column list itself.

Further, this code appears to not handle "missing" columns. If we iterate
over the projected column list, then it will be easier to fill in a Nullable
Int column for missing columns.

Further, it is a convention, when given a project list, to use the case of
the project list. If I have a column `TyPe` that matches the `type` column form
Pcap, by convention we project the column with name `TyPe`.

> The _PCAP Next Generation Dump File Format_ (or pcapng for short) [1] is an
> attempt to overcome the limitations of the currently widely used (but
> limited) libpcap format.
> At a first level, it is desirable to query and filter by source and
> destination IP and port, and src/dest mac addreses or by protocol. Beyond
> that, however, it would be very useful to be able to group packets by TCP
> session and eventually to look at packet contents.
