 I am not sure if adding some commands will work, such as changing the script 
to the following:
   > 
   > ```
   > git submodule init
   > git submodule update 
   > make -C ./eventmesh-sdks/eventmesh-sdk-c
   > ```

   as you mentioned the error, maybe merge this pull request can fix this error.
