While doing Loan reschedule with reduced EMI, holiday Period etc. the last
installment amount becomes larger than other installments.
Expected: when the last installment amount is large system should automaticaly
split it and add new installment(s) to keep the amount in check. This feature
should be controlled by a user input flag/configuration.
