Actually perhaps this problem is related to FINERACT-723 ... because
\{{LocalDate todaysDate = LocalDate.now(ZoneId.of("Asia/Kolkata"));} is the
line to obtain today's date which {{nextDueDateForAnnualFee}} is being compared
to...
