Hm, this test now passes on recent few Travis' builds; the problem is no longer
reproducible.
Perhaps it has something to do with the change of date from 15/16/17th (mid
month?); or time of day run (before/after midnight on IST?); or load on Travis
CI slowing down test runs?
https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1576 is (self) merged, so that next
time this happens, we'll get a clearer failure message.
Un-assigning this issue from myself; anyone else next observing this can
investigate it.
