I think we have to have investigate this further. I run a PENTAHO report 
(GeneralLedgerReport) and it run successfully. Running it the second time 
failed, raising the exception attached below (note: the timeout is set 40000). 
I restarted the instance and tried to reproduce the same behavior and the 
results were mixed, sometimes failing with the same error (on rerunning the 
report) and sometimes succeeding. 

What I have noticed in my case is that exception is thrown on the second 
attempt of running the report. The first time has always been successful.

 

[~francisguchie] ,[~aleks] have you looked into the possibility of closing the 
connections in the Groovy scripts?
