Thanks [~bgowda] for the explanation it has helped clarify things.
Does the edit charge option appear for all charge types? I cannot see it in
overdue penalty, installment and due date charge type. See screenshot below.
I am unable to contribute code at the moment but thought i'd highlight this
issue as my way of contributing.
