[~vorburger] I think you're right. We've carried the DockerHub app for
publishing the image for a long time and if my memory serves right, a couple of
months ago we modified the docker publication since the built-in app was not
able to build Fineract properly (due to the fact that the App relies on having
a Dockerfile in the root project folder which Fineract doesn't have).
Let's get rid of the app and webhooks and keep the GH workflow.
