There are two issues identified around Retry logic:
* Batch API call where “encloseTransaction=true” the retry logic occurs in the
open transactions it self, so useless or some cases duplicate entries might
created.
* If transaction was finished, but inside the Retry boundary an exception
still occurs, might still cause retry!
