When a loan is created from a loan with accounting type of None or Cash
selected, the expectation is that there will be no accrual transactions on the
loan. However; after disbursing a loan with any of the two configurations,
there is an accrual entry that is made which should not be there.
*To replicate:*
1 - Create a product with accounting type of None or Cash
2 - Disburse a loan of any amount
3 - Check under transactions, there will be an accrual entry.
