The CreditBureauTest integration tests still use deprecated REST-assured calls
for getCreditReport and uploadCreditReport. Migrate these flows to the
generated fineract-client and drop the remaining legacy REST-assured setup.
This is the final piece to fully modernize the credit bureau test suite.
