*Pre-condition* - interest bearing loan, e.g.
LP2_ADV_CUSTOM_PMT_ALLOC_PROGRESSIVE_LOAN_SCHEDULE_HORIZONTAL
*Steps to reproduce* are as following:
* create loan with 10 amount with 7% for 5 month starts from Jan 1, 2024
* disburse 100 on Jan 1, 2024
* make repayment with 17.01 amount on Feb 1, 2024
* add fee charge with due date Feb 15, 2024 with 10 amount
* re-amortize loan with EQUAL_AMORTIZATION_INTEREST_SPLIT on Mar 15, 2024
* pay-off the loan on Mar 15, 2024
*Expected result: loan is paid-off with closed all obligations met and Closed
status and 0 outstanding amount*
*Actual result: loan is active,* but with all obligations met instalment and no
outstanding amount,
*Acceptance criteria*
- Loan status should be changed if all balance paid
