h3. Steps to reproduce
1. Open [https://fineract.apache.org|https://fineract.apache.org/]
2. Scroll down to any section (About, Contribute, Downloads, etc.)
3. Click the theme toggle (sun/moon icon) in the top navbar
h3. Expected
Theme switches between light and dark, scroll position is preserved.
h3. Actual
Theme switches and the page jumps back to the top.
h3. Environment
Reproduced on [https://fineract.apache.org|https://fineract.apache.org/] in
Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.
