   From my perspective, if you want to enhance your code and utilize DTOs and 
annotations instead of manually building and serializing XML, I’m perfectly 
fine with that.
   
   Regarding the removal, that’s not something we’ll decide here. You should 
raise this question on the Fineract DEV email list instead.
   
   However, these are two separate issues.
