Steps to reproduce:
 # Create interest bearing loan on July 1st, 2026

 # Disburse loan on same day ($1000)

 # Increase business date and run COB

 # Sell loan to intermediate investor

 # Increase business date and run COB

 # Create buydown fee

 # Increase business date and run COB so that daily amortization begins.

 # Sell loan to final investor

 # Increase business date and run COB

 ## Should trigger full amortization.

*+Expected:+*
 * All buydown amortization journal entries should be tied to intermediate 
owner.

*+Actual:+*
 * Daily amortization journal entries are tied to intermediate owner, but final 
accelerated amortization is tied to self (no any owner)
