* *FR01: Accept Originators on Disbursement Request*
* *FR02: Preserve Existing Behavior When Originators Are Omitted*
* *FR03: Detach All Originators When an Empty List Is Sent*
* *FR04: Reconcile Loan Originators When a Non-Empty List Is Sent*
** If originator does not exists → create them
* *FR05: Reuse Existing Originator Resolution Logic*
** Each request originator can be identified by internal id or by business
externalId. If externalId has no matching originator, one is created by default
during disbursement. A requested originator that cannot be resolved or created
fails the request rather than being silently skipped.
