@alberto-art3ch No external-id variant.
Every other WC sub-resource command has both forms ({loanId}/discount +
external-id/{loanExternalId}/discount, same for payment-rate), and term loans
support markAsFraud by external id. Only {loanId}/mark-as-fraud was added.
Can you please add an endpoint which accept loan external id?
