Accrual activity should exclude chargeback interest to calculate its value.
*Currently*
- Chargeback interest is included, so Accrual Activity does not match with
total accrued amount of the period
*Expectation*
- Chargeback interest amount should be excluded and Accrual Activity should
match with total accrued amount of the period
