The requirement is now to support *chargeback reversal* to address business use
cases where a customer requests cancellation of a chargeback after it has been
posted and remained effective for a certain period.

Acceptance Criteria
# *Undo Chargeback*
** The user should be able to undo a previously posted chargeback transaction
on an loan account, subject to applicable business rules.
# *Recalculate Schedule and Transactions*
** Upon chargeback reversal, the system should remove the chargeback impact
from the loan schedule and loan calculations.
** The system should reverse-replay all subsequent transactions and their
allocations based on the revised schedule.
** The resulting schedule, transaction balances, allocations, and loan
calculations should reflect the state as if the chargeback had not been applied.
** User should be able to perform chargeback for the linked repayment again
