## Summary
Adds a Nsimbi-specific backend action for the Share Dividends workflow
observed in the share module interface.
This PR introduces a product-scoped endpoint for Nsimbi share dividend
submission while preserving the existing Apache Fineract share dividend API.
## Scope
- Added a Nsimbi-specific share dividend endpoint:
`POST /v1/shareproduct/{productId}/dividend/nsimbi`
- Reused the existing Fineract share dividend command flow instead of
duplicating share dividend business logic.
- Added request mapping from the Nsimbi-style dividend form into the
existing Fineract dividend command format.
- Added validation for missing or blank password input.
- Preserved existing permission protection using the share dividend
permission flow.
- Added focused unit tests for the Nsimbi share dividend request mapper and
API resource behavior.
- Updated the share module handoff documentation with implemented behavior
and deferred items.
