"Active" status is not persisted correctly on save
Steps to Reproduce:
Open Adhoc Query record 34 for edit (or create a new record).
Check the "Active" checkbox.
Click Submit.
Reopen the record / return to the View screen.
Expected Result:
Status should be saved and displayed as Active.
Actual Result:
The record is saved and displayed with Status: Inactive regardless of the
Active checkbox being checked at submission - the Active flag is not being
persisted correctly
