Withdrawing this. Reversing a waiver through transaction adjustment has been supported since FINERACT-2181: `LoanAdjustmentServiceImpl` calls `LoanCharge#undoWaive` for each of the waiver's charge links, and `LoanWaiveChargeTest`, `FeignLoanAdjustmentOriginatorEnricherTest` and `LoanOrigination.feature` rely on it. The charge stays waived only when the waiver has lost its `m_loan_charge_paid_by` row, which is the replay issue addressed by #6575 (FINERACT-2895).
