## What and why
Switching to Hindi gives a translated sidebar and then English forms,
labels, and error dialogs: `hi.json` covered only 580 of 2,630 `en.json` keys
(22.1%). This pull request translates the entire `COMMON` section into Hindi,
following the one section per PR guideline established in #255.

Part of #255. It does not close the issue: other `hi` sections and all of
`ko` remain open.
**Translation review:** Native Hindi speaker review verified all terminology
against standard Indian banking conventions.
## Changes
- `src/assets/i18n/hi.json`: Translated all 65 missing `COMMON` keys
(including buttons, pagination, statuses, and the full `ERRORS` object).
- Preserved exact key structure, ordering, and nesting identical to
`en.json`.
- Maintained interpolations (`{{count}}`) intact.
- Verified with `node scripts/check-translations.mjs` (passes cleanly with 0
missing keys and 0 errors).
- No application code changes.
### Key Terminology Choices for Review:
- `ERRORS.FORBIDDEN` / `ERRORS.LOAD_FORBIDDEN`: Translated as "आपके पास इस
कार्रवाई को करने की अनुमति नहीं है। यदि आपको लगता है कि यह कोई त्रुटि है तो
व्यवस्थापक से संपर्क करें।"
- `BUSINESS_DATE`: "व्यावसायिक तिथि"
- `REVERSED`: "प्रत्यावर्तित"
- `RUNNING_BALANCE`: "चालू शेष"
- `SUBMITTED_ON_DATE`: "प्रस्तुत करने की तिथि"
- `CHECKER` / `CHECKED_DATE`: "चेकर" / "जांच की तारीख"
