### Description
Consolidates a comprehensive Hindi translation across all core banking
modules in `src/assets/i18n/hi.json`, raising catalogue coverage from **28.5%
(750 keys) to 61.0% (1,603 keys)** in a single clean pass.
### Sections Covered (853 newly translated keys):
- **`LOANS` & `WC_LOANS` suite** (407 keys): Loan application fields,
repayment schedules, actions, charges, originators, points-in-time, working
capital loans, products, breach & near-breach monitoring.
- **`PRODUCTS`, `SYSTEM` & `GROUPS`** (201 keys): Product configurations,
allocation strategies, accounting rules, datatables, bulk import, delinquency
ranges, and group lifecycle.
- **`ORGANIZATION` & Administration** (130 keys): Staff management, centers,
meetings, tellers, cashiers, role permissions with `{{count}}` and `{{name}}`,
document templates, offices, users, and audit logs.
- **`ACCOUNTING` & General Ledger** (121 keys): GL accounts, financial
activities, accounting rules, journal entries, balance validations, reversals,
period closures, periodic accruals, interest rate charts with
`{{rate}}`/`{{fromPeriod}}`/`{{toPeriod}}`, and share accounts.
### Verification
- Executed `node scripts/check-translations.mjs --update`:
- `0 missing keys`
- `0 interpolation mismatches`
- `0 ghost keys`
- `hi coverage: 61.0% (1603/2630 keys)`
- Ratcheted `scripts/i18n-coverage.json` baseline
- Verified GPG signature with ED25519 key.
