### Description
Translates all keys across eight financial accounting and general ledger
sections in `src/assets/i18n/hi.json` into RBI-standard Indian banking Hindi,
and ratchets the committed coverage baseline.
### Sections Covered (121 keys total):
- **`ACCOUNTING`** (20 keys): GL account CRUD, ledger accounts, financial
activity mapping, asset, liability, equity, income, expense account types.
- **`ACCOUNTING_RULES`** (16 keys): Accounting rule CRUD, debit/credit
accounts, debit/credit details, account tags, multiple entry flags.
- **`JOURNAL_ENTRIES`** (19 keys): Journal entry creation, debits/credits
lines, balance validations, ledger accounts, reverse transaction flows.
- **`CASHIER_JOURNALS`** (10 keys): Teller/cashier journals, opening/closing
balance, receipts, payments, settled balance.
- **`ACCOUNTING_CLOSURES`** (6 keys): Accounting period closures, reopening
periods, closing dates, comments.
- **`RUN_ACCRUALS`** (4 keys): Periodic accruals execution and status.
- **`INTEREST_RATE_CHARTS`** (29 keys): Interest rate chart CRUD, slabs,
period types, annual rates, incentives, confirm deletions with `{{id}}`,
`{{product}}`, `{{rate}}`, `{{fromPeriod}}`, `{{toPeriod}}`.
- **`SHARE_ACCOUNTS`** (17 keys): Share accounts apply/redeem, dividends,
market price, shares held, unit price.
### Verification
- Executed `node scripts/check-translations.mjs --update`:
- `0 missing keys`
- `0 interpolation mismatches`
- `0 ghost keys`
- Updated `scripts/i18n-coverage.json` baseline
- Verified GPG signature with ED25519 key.
