Thanks for the review. I added an integration test, `AccountTransferConcurrentTest`: it runs 10 transfers A to B and 10 transfers B to A at the same time (3 rounds) and asserts that every transfer succeeds and both balances end where they started. Without the id-ordered locking, PostgreSQL aborts deadlock victims and the caller gets a conflict.
