I also ran the new test against a real instance (Docker, PostgreSQL), both
with and without this change:
- Without the id-ordered locking, `AccountTransferConcurrentTest` fails: a
crossing transfer is answered with HTTP 409 ("concurrent modification on
lock"), and `pg_stat_database` reports 3 deadlocks.
- With the change, the same test passes: 3 rounds of 10 transfers A to B and
10 transfers B to A at the same time all succeed, and both balances end where
they started.
