Thanks @adamsaghy 1. I added the verify(...) so the test now shows the current-password check runs before the history lookup. 2. I have added a comment to [FINERACT-2956](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-2956) explaining that a value of N now blocks N+1 passwords (the current one and the previous N). 3.
