Pushed the changes, rebased on develop: - the 403 fix moved to #6692 (FINERACT-2969); - null check on the transaction id, and a comment on the flush dependency; - a test that fails when a type the accounting processors post as a repayment is missing from the payment stream; - `taxStreamOf` returns an empty set, and the accrual-adjustment branch is one call now; - the adoc covers multi-component groups, backdated repayments and the known bound; - the IT rate: the client model sends the percentage as a `Float`, so a `BigDecimal` isn't possible there.
