## What and why Migrates the summary and transfers screens (`summary.component.ts`, `transfer.component.ts`, `transfer-form.component.ts`) to use the `appTranslate` pipe behind the I18N adapter boundary, updates `transfer-form.component.spec.ts` to `provideI18nTesting()`, and prunes the corresponding suppressions from `frontend/eslint-suppressions.json`.
