Remove the `@Deprecated(forRemoval = true)` `getChanges()` method and unused
Jackson/Map imports from `CurrencyUpdateResponse`.
API Impact:
Removes the legacy `"changes"` property wrapper from the JSON response payload
in favor of reading the strongly-typed `currencies` list directly, completing
the technical debt removal noted in the source code comment.
