The `spotlessCheck` workflow is currently failing during `spotlessGroovyGradle` because the Groovy-Eclipse formatter dependencies cannot be downloaded from JFrog (HTTP 502). This appears to be an external dependency provisioning issue rather than a reported formatting violation in the changed files.
