Tested with latest code and confirmed that you cannot start a scroll by
clicking and dragging a text control.
Sorry for raising another problem: When I touch the text input and start
dragging, the image proxy goes away, the real text shows up, the soft keyboard
pops up, but the text I enter does not appear in the text control.
This happens only when I start dragging on the text control and I remove the
finger outside the text control.
I have to touch the text control once again for it to get the proper focus.
