Mabye I wasnt clear, but there is no actual scrolling happening.
Here is the sequence:
1. I touch the control
2. Keyboard shows up
3. I continue to drag
4. Release my finger outside the control.
5. There has been no scrolling
6. I start typing in the keyboard
Even though the proxy is gone and the real text shows up, the text I enter in
the soft keyboard does not show up in the control.
"4. Release my finger outside the control" is the key step here.
