If the 4.9/4.10 etc version are removed from
(https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/flex/) will that stop the installer
from being able to download previous versions? ie does single-mirror-url.cgi
look into the archive (https://archive.apache.org/dist/flex/) for the 4.10 and
4.9 version of Apache Flex and the release area for 4.11?
