Thanks for your patience with me!
I am now using a location with no spaces.
Better but now I got the second error mentioned above:
So I adjusted the mxmlc.bat as suggested.
Now I get the following error:
Variable references empty selection: ${project_loc}
So it seems java might be being found now but the project location is missing.
I am using ${workspace_loc:/DataBindingTest} in the working directory.
And -fb "${project_loc} in the Arguments.
