I think it's fair to assume that the picture leonged to the person at Adobe who
included it in the tests. If that's the case, we're fine because it was
donated. I guess the question is whether we are required to be 100% certain
that's the case. I think not. If you are concerned, feel free to change the
image and the video with some other content that will work in the tests. (I
assume they should be of the same dimensions.)
