For the major release versions, the corresponding git branch is also
{{release-VERSION}}. Just saying that we need to manage an additional mapping
from Git branch name to the actual version name.
Actually [docs/latest/|http://flink.apache.org/docs/latest/] and
[docs/stable/|http://flink.apache.org/docs/stable/] were already in place. They
were not working without a trailing slash. Just fixed that.
