Description:
we need to add the new features and changes to the documentation:
Add a section about "Register a TableSink" to Register a Table in the Catalog
Extend Emit a Table with a description of `Table.insertInto()`
Update translate-and-execute-a-query
add `sqlUpdate()` to Query a Table - SQL
Extend Supported Syntax with `INSERT INTO`
Add a description of `sqlUpdate()` and `INSERT INTO` to Specifying a query
Finally update all occurrences of `sql()` in the docs to `sqlQuery()`
