we need to add the new features and changes to the documentation:
Add a section about "Register a TableSink" to Register a Table in the Catalog
Extend Emit a Table with a description of Table.insertInto()
Update translate-and-execute-a-query
add sqlUpdate() to Query a Table - SQL
Extend Supported Syntax with INSERT INTO
Add a description of sqlUpdate() and INSERT INTO to Specifying a query
Finally update all occurrences of sql() in the docs to sqlQuery()
